Dr. Van Natta graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1986. She has practiced general dentistry in Irving, Texas since her graduation. Prior to that she worked as a dental hygienist and prior to that as a dental assistant giving her 28 years of experience in the dental field.

She is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, an organization committed to continuing education.
